Ingredients:

A Simple Banana Smoothie

A quick and easy recipe. Bananas are known for their potassium content but also contain good amounts of Vitamin C, B6 and Magnesium. Adding a frozen banana makes this smoothie a summer time treat. 

Ingredients:

Add all ingredients to a blender, except the smoothie sachet, and blend until smooth. Mix in the sachet for a final quick blend and enjoy the nutritious boost. Enjoy at room temperature or slightly warm.

Banana and Honey Smoothie

This smoothie is also a quick and easy recipe. Adding the honey gives this smoothie a sweet taste which an overwhelming majority of toddlers love.  Honey is rich in natural sugars like glucose and fructose, providing a quick energy boost without the crash associated with refined sugars. Honey contains flavonoids and phenolic acids, which help combat oxidative stress and has natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.
